OPPORTUNITY
ARJ was brought into build out the customer communications strategy for the rebranding of Verisign SSL to Symantec SSL. The goal was to ensure positive adoption of the new seal.
SOLUTION
Our approach was to create a yearlong dialogue with customers using email, social, renewal notices, direct mail and webinars to reduce any anticipated attrition.
RESULTS
ARJ successfully implemented and managed the end-to-end customer engagement process. The Symantec SSL seal was widely adopted by all customers and seen as a positive change.
